This flame treatment machine is used for the pre-treatment of glass, ceramic, plastic, and steel items prior to screen printing. The single vacuum chuck uses a centering ring system that makes it easy to load and unload the item quickly and accurately. The burner systems are fully adjustable and do not require the use of tools to adjust. HMI touchscreen controls make it easy to change rotation speed and number of rotations. The machine has many safety features, including a safety light curtain at the front of the machine, a safety door switch, redundant system valves, and a safety PLC.

Depending on your needs, this machine can be equipped with a 6″ ribbon burner propane system and/or a Pyrosil GVE double burner cartridge system. When equipped with propane, the machine operates using a standard 20# propane tank. When equipped with a Pyrosil system, the machine operate using MGK Pyrosil 330g cartridges.
